This discussion outlines the considered Contemporary design style and the specific material details factored into the tentative quotation. We will also highlight key elements included in the costing breakdown. This detailed discussion will further refine the design and ensure all specific requirements are incorporated. Ultimately, these points will be reflected in the final design deliverables.

Detailed 3D Visualization and Material Specification

This segment focuses on generating comprehensive 3D views for each room, aligning with our previous discussions. We will also provide a shortlisted list of material specifications. The design process will involve several revisions to ensure complete client satisfaction. Upon final design approval, we will proceed with the final costing.

Meanwhile, our drafting team is diligently working on the technical drawings that are essential for our technicians to perform their tasks efficiently. In this session, we will discuss the execution process of furniture making. Approximately 80% of the furniture is completed in the factory, while the remaining work is carried out on-site. During this phase, we focus on electrical installations, ceiling work, and other specific elements that require on-site attention.

We ensure that clients receive detailed progress reports regularly, keeping them informed about the project's status. If necessary, we can also arrange factory visits for clients, allowing them to see the production process firsthand. This coordinated approach ensures a seamless workflow and client satisfaction throughout the project.
